Siva Lakshmanan
Chief Executive Officer & Co-founder
Siva has 14 years of experience in the field of Information Technology with over 11 years in the US working for Fortune 100 companies. Before founding Aldea Infotech, he was working for Accenture in the US with their Business Intelligence Practice holding various Management positions. Prior to Accenture, he worked for several global firms including Price Waterhouse Coopers, IBM Global Services, TIAA-CREF and Motorola in the US. Earlier he was one of the co-founders of Agathiyam Communications an animation company started in 1993. He has a strong background in the areas of Business Intelligence, Data Management & Architecture and Systems Integration. He has an Engineering degree from Annamalai University, India.
Chandru Muthukkaruppan
Chief Executive – Operations & Co-founder
Chandru is a seasoned IT professional with over 13 years of experience in the Telecommunications and Information Technology industries. He worked for Nokia in the US for 11 years before co-founding Aldea. He has been responsible for providing clients with superior leadership skills during critical transition phases such as mergers and acquisitions. Chandru has strong knowledge in all aspects of IT operations, long term strategy development, product portfolio management, forecasting and budgeting, stakeholder relationship and project management. He has an Engineering degree in Electronics from Annamalai University, India and a Masters degree in Computer Science from University of Houston. Additionally he holds a MBA degree from University of Dallas.
Soundar Rajan Sathappan
Chief Executive – Strategy & Co-founder
Soundar has 17 years of professional experience with various functions such as Project Management, Consulting, Strategy, Marketing and Business Development. He is proficient with different technologies and was instrumental in winning and executing large scale projects. He worked for Deloitte Consulting in the US with their ERP practice before co-founding Aldea. Earlier he spent a decade in Singapore and several years in India in different capacities with various multinational companies including General Electric Company, Oasis Systems Consulting and Tata Honeywell. He was one of the co-founders of Cerebral Technologies, a technology company in Singapore. He has an Engineering degree in Electronics and MBA from Annamalai University, India.
Subramanian Chockalingam
Chief Executive – Technology & Co-founder
Subramanian has 15 years of professional experience in Project Management, Sales and Information Technology. He has rich experience in implementing large scale ERP projects. He worked for Axon Global in the US before co-founding Aldea. Prior to that he spent considerable years in Singapore working for various multi-national firms including Sony Systems and Hewlett Packard during which he held various technology positions. He is a Computer Science and Engineering graduate.
Manohar Venkatachalam
Chief Financial Officer & Co-founder
Manohar is an accomplished Finance and Information systems professional with 18 years of business experience with strong technical, analytical skills combined with outstanding leadership ability and creative problem solving skills. He is a professionally qualified Chartered Accountant from India and an SAP certified professional. He spent considerable time in the US and Singapore consulting for various firms including Coopers and Lybrand, Price Waterhouse Coopers and Deloitte Consulting.
