Soundar Rajan Sathappan
Cheif Executive Officer & Co-founder
Soundar has 21 years of professional experience with various functions that include Project Management, Consulting, Strategy, Marketing and Business Development. He is proficient with different technologies and was instrumental in winning and executing large scale projects. He worked for Deloitte Consulting in the US with their ERP practice before co-founding Aldea. Earlier he spent a decade in Singapore and several years in India in different capacities with various multinational companies including General Electric Company, Oasis Systems Consulting and Tata Honeywell. He was one of the co-founders of Cerebral Technologies, a technology company in Singapore. He has an Engineering degree in Electronics and MBA from AnnamalaiUniversity, India.
Chandru Muthukkaruppan
Chief Executive – Operations & Co-founder
Chandru is a seasoned IT professional with over 17 years of experience in the Telecommunications and Information Technology industries. He worked for Nokia in the US for 11 years before co-founding Aldea. He has been responsible for providing clients with superior leadership skills during critical transition phases such as mergers and acquisitions. Chandru has strong knowledge in all aspects of IT operations, long term strategy development, product portfolio management, forecasting and budgeting, stakeholder relationship and project management. He has an Engineering degree in Electronics from AnnamalaiUniversity, India and a Masters degree in Computer Science from University of Houston. Additionally he holds a MBA degree from University of Dallas.
Omprakash Karupannan
Chief Executive – Sales
MarketingOmprakashis a versatile IT professional specialized in the fields of Business Intelligence, Data warehousing and data Integration practices. Having worked in the US with various Fortune 500 clients such as GE, Cap Gemini and Time Warner Cable, he has a strong acumen for account management, solutions building and business development. Before Aldea, he was the founder President of GTechInformation Systems, an IT consultancy firm in the US. He has a Computer engineering degree from the University of Madras and additionally holds a masters degree in Computer Science from the Central Michigan University.
Sivaraman Venkatachalam
Director - Delivery
Siva has 25 years of professional experience out of which the recent 13 years were spent only in SAP consulting, enterprise solution architecture and delivery of large scale projects. Prior to joining Aldea, he was with Deloitte Consulting in the US with their ERP practice. He has successfully managed large teams in various complex projects globally. In his early career, he spent more than a decade in selling and implementing engineering solutions to industries in Chemical and Energy sectors. He has a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from AnnamalaiUniversity, India and a Masters in Management from ITM.
